1152p added- Can now drive 1152p output. Most useful for PAL sources.

Extended resizing range- horizontal & vertical resizing (under out->res->size) ranges were extended. Also improvement/fix made to the horizontal resolution adjustment for stretching the image and how it trades off active area with the front/back porch.

Bug fixes-
-Under certain combinations of settings, changing the black level by a one step would result in incorrect black level (picture would get very dark).
-SDI cable on/off message was incorrect.
-Minor fix to the timing on the front panel buttons of VisionPro
-Bug when menu expired and switching between NTSC & PAL
